We lived two doors down from Lou , Stephanie and Pam on Wagner St in San Lorenzo in the early 1950's . Lou was a very good friend to my father and all of our family . I remember he showed me the correct way to catch a baseball and he gave me my first baseball bat , a Louisville Slugger . I only saw him a couple more times after he and Stephanie split up but one time through Pam I talked to him on the phone . He was a great guy and I missed him a lot . Other than Pam I didn't know his other family .. I would like to get Pams contact information so I can talk to her . Thank you , Frank . .

Miss you, Papa Lou. It was an honor to know you and enjoy your company over the last twenty years. You can be sure that I will be watching over your Pamela, Sarah and Gracie. With Love & respect-
Your Son-in-Law, Steve

What a beautiful and loving obituary for a remarkable man. It seems as if each word was chosen with love and care. We send our deepest sympathy from the East coast to the entire family at this time, especially our Pam and Steve. Although we can't imagine it, life will go on even after this loss. Know that there are many here who keep you in our thoughts and prayers at this sorrowful time.
