Virginia was predeceased in 2016 by her husband of 61 years, James. She leaves behind her children;
Megan Smith, Matthew Garry, Katherine Griffith, Gina Bishop and Nora Zands in addition to seven grandchildren and six great- grandchildren.

Virginia’s life was service, known throughout many communities. A dedicated Kaiser and Camp Concord nurse for over 50 years, active in all St.Agnes Church and School activities as well as an avid Carondelet/De La Salle Schools supporter. Known and loved by all.

Virginia is now at peace with the love of her life, James.

Friends and family are invited to attend a Rosary at 11:30 AM and Funeral Liturgy at 12 Noon on Friday, Dec. 8, 2017 at St. Agnes Church, 3966 Chestnut Ave, Concord, CA
