Sally Tinsley

Sally Garrett Tinsley, of Bay Point, died to everyone's shock on May 17th, 2022 from sustained physical injuries, just 5 days short of being 71 years old. Sally was born on May 22, 1951, class of '69 at Ygnacio Valley high school and undergrad at California State University, East Bay. She lived in Walnut Creek and Bay Point for most of her life. 

Everyone who knew Sally knew how kind she was. Sally was full of positivity and friendliness, traits that were obvious to all after even just a single meeting with her. The family is deeply saddened by her sudden death.

Sally is survived by her husband of 36 years William (Bill), her sons Russell and Edward(Eddy), as well as her brothers Bob, Tom and sister Sue. She was also very much looking forward to becoming a first-time grandmother to her son Russell and daughter-in-law Steffanie's future child. We will miss her more than words can say.
