Kelly was born on October 27, 1970 on Travis Air Force Base, Fairfield, CA to Peggy and James Graham.

She is survived by her husband, Rafael R.Carmona, her mother Peggy Graham Nielson and step-dad Richard M. Nielsen as well as her step-sons, Felo and Nicolas and daughter-in-law Veronica. She also leaves behind three grandchildren, Andrew, Adrian and Allesandra, her brother Shawn Graham, nephew Ty Graham as well as numerous step siblings and cousins.

Visitation will be begin at 9:30 AM on Friday, February 9, 2018 at St. Bonaventure Church, 5562 Clayton Rd., Concord followed by a Celebration of Life at 11:00 AM.
