Karen Ann Bredbenner

Karen (Quinn) Bredbenner, age 62, passed away on October 9, 2021 after a one year battle with cancer. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 38 years, Timothy, her two sons, Thomas and Daniel, parents Patrick and Rita Quinn, her brothers and sisters, Sue (Todd) Buzzell, Brian (Michelle) Quinn, Tim Quinn, Cathy (Bennett) Mark, Patty Weiss, her brother-in-law David Bredbenner, sisters in law, Liz Marsh and Mary Mikel, her many nieces and nephews, as well as a countless number of friends.

Karen was a graduate of Grand Rapids Catholic Central, Class of 1977, Aquinas College and St. Mary’s College. She spent many years as an elementary school teacher and later owned and operated The Maids in Concord, CA.

Although Karen had many professional accomplishments in her life, her true joy was her family. She radiated positivity, loved life and was a loving and caring wife, mom, sister, aunt,daughter and friend. A memorial service and celebration of Karen’s life will take place on Friday, November 12 at 11 a.m. at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, 5562 Clayton Rd. Concord, CA 94521.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Bonaventure Catholic Church in memory of Karen.
