Claire Kenney

Claire Anne (Drewes) Kenney went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on May 26, 2020. Claire was born on June 27, 1936, in San Francisco to her parents Henry & Helen Drewes. Claire graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in June of 1954. Shortly after graduating, she met her future husband in Clearlake, CA, where they spent many summers. In October, 1957, Claire and Grover Kenney were married In San Francisco, and together they shared four children. Steve Kenney (Excyll) of Concord, CA, John Kenney (Christy) of Brentwood, CA, Jeff Kenney (Missy) of Brentwood, CA and daughter Vicki Everhart (Steve) of Yucca Valley, CA. Claire also had eleven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Claire loved Jesus with all her heart, and is now happily at peace with Him. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother John Ashe, sister Lily Watroba and grandson Robert Dean Everhart. 

Claire will be buried beside her father at Cypress Lawn cemetery in Colma, CA.  Private services have been scheduled.
