Lori...one of my most profound experiences is seeing you again at my dad's memorial service. You introduced yourself and I fell into your smile and saw your face as the little girl I remembered so long ago. It was surprising. And joyous to see your little kid self still shining through you as a grown woman. Thanks for reminding me and for your kind remembrance of my Mom. I think your parents must have known Aunt Corrine. When Esther died your parents fostered Ray. You were always Linda Lori and Susie to me...but you were unique with your great smiling face. I'm so glad to connect with you again. I had to be all of 5 years old and I've never forgotten your good nature. Thanks for taking such good care of Ray. You were his sister when I couldn't be.

The Breining Family extends their sincerest condolences in the passing of Angie. She was a lovely lady that was always so kind to our Mom and Dad (Larry & Irene) in the early years.
Ray.... I don't know if you remember our family in San Mateo that you stayed with many years ago. I don't remember how our parents came to know your Dad but I think the connection was either from the Donegans or the Breinings. Will need to find out from either our Aunt Mimi Breining or Aunt Corrinne Donegan. They are the oldest still living and will know the history.
Terry.... you would come to our house so many years ago for a visit and play with me and my sisters (Susie and Linda). I am having to really stretch the memory bank.
A few years ago, Susie and Lori ran into Angie at John Muir Hospital in Concord. Our 2nd brother, Tim, was there and we came to visit him. Angie was at the reception desk and we recognized her immediately. We had a wonderful catch up. She remembered our Mom and Dad very much. We had some laughs too as we remembered some of those days.
We will keep you and your families in our thoughts and prayers. We know the difficulties of this journey of losing a parent. We pray you find comfort in the memories you shared with Angie.
With a heavy heart for your loss,
Lori Breining Gelvin for the Breining Siblings (Sue, John, Tim, and Michelle)
