Allan John Rogers went to be with the Lord on August 8th, 2017. He was born on May 26th, 1942 in Manitowoc, WI to Louis and Gen Rogers (Helmke). Growing up as one of seven children in rural Wisconsin, he developed a lifelong passion for fishing and the outdoors. As well as a deeply rooted sense of adventure. Following that sense of adventure, Al decided in 1962 to load up a car and head out west to California. Then in 1963, he voluntarily enlisted in the United States Marine Corps; proudly serving in Vietnam from February of 1965 to April of 1966. Following his Honorable Discharge from the Marines, he married the love of his life, Vicki. Together, they spent 47 years side by side, raising two daughters Gina and Mary. A devoted family man, loving father and grandfather, he is survived by his wife Vicki, his daughters Mary and Gina, his grandchildren Sarena and Donnie, sons-in-law Shane and Doug, mother Gen, brothers Louis and Mike, sisters Kathy, Nancy and Marilyn, brothers-in-law Denny and Terry as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Al was preceded in death by his father Louis, his brother Jerry and his in-laws Flora and Felix.

Visitation Sunday, August 20, 2017 from 5-8PM at Ouimet Bros. Concord Funeral Chapel 4125 Clayton Rd. Concord, with a Vigil Service at 7:00PM. Funeral Liturgy Monday, Aug. 21, 2017 10:00AM at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church 860 Oak Grove Rd. Concord. Interment will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
