Alice Mahoney Marshall

Alice Marshall, the beloved matriarch of a large extended family and a devoted member of the St. Agnes Catholic Church in Concord, passed away on Tuesday, September 13, at the age of 102. Alice was born and grew up in Port Costa and moved to Concord in 1957.  She was married to Harold Marshall from 1945 until his death in 1986.  She served as an Executive Secretary at Phillips Petroleum for many years before retiring to dedicate more time to her family..

Cherished and admired by all who knew her, Alice cared deeply for her family and friends. Alice was always available to offer sage advice, and — ever the competitor — Alice never missed a chance to play a spirited board or card game.   She is survived by her daughter, Nora Petrakis (John) and her nieces and nephews and step-grandchildren.

There will be a Rosary held for Alice Marshall at St. Agnes Church on Sept. 20th, 2021 at 7 P.M
