Rita Cambridge, New York native and Concord transplant since 1995, passed away in Atlanta GA on September 30, 2017.A retired nurse, she was on the Planned Parenthood board of directors and worked in a Planned Parent medical office in Concord for several years.  Rita loved to entertain, spend time with friends and family, shop, decorate, play dominos, laugh and read.

Rita lost her husband of more than 50 years, Jeff in 2011. She leaves behind her legacy of love and giving to: her daughter, Michelle; her sister, Norma; her nephews, Stan and Steven; sister-in-law Olive (Eugene); sister-in-law Marguerite (Jerry); brother-in-law Basil  (Winsome); the Smalls (like family); nephew Kurth (Ann) nieces, nephews, cousins and many faithful friends. 

She will be remembered as generous, loving , funny, smart, caring and dedicated wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend.

There will be a memorial service at Ouimet Bros. Concord Funeral Chapel on Saturday November 11, 2017 at 11:30m.
