What a lovely tribute for a truly wonderful lady. My heart will never be the same and I am so grateful and thankful that my Mom counted Jean as her lifelong, dearest friend. I will never forget the wonderful visits shared...the memories are thick and not just good but grand. Jean influenced my life in so many ways, I am definitely a better cook because of her. She gave me my first cookbook which I still have today. She was a wonderful cook and hostess, always so warm and welcoming. The friendship she and my Mom shared taught me the value of forming my own lasting relationships. I watched two women go through life with all of it’s ups and downs and still find a way to laugh and persevere. Jean managed to do everything with such wonderful grace and class. There isn’t just one thing I will cherish from my time with Jean but rather a million things...that all add up to one incredible lady making a huge impact on my life. Thank you my dear, sweet Jean for everything. I love you more than words can express and I am grateful and thankful for the time I was able to share with you.
